Cocktail and Canapé Masterclass at Douneside House - the event would be 1.5 hours, based in the MacRobert's Reply bar (over 18s only). We will focus on sustainable and local ingredients with the use of preserved ingredients for the cocktail and garden produce. Our Bar Manager Leon will build three cocktails, discussing how the creation came to life and some history of the alcohol used. Guests will also be welcome to 'have a go'! Our Head Chef Victor will host a canapé demonstration, where you will be shown how to create three canapés that are served with our award winning six course tasting menu. Guests will be invited to assist Head Chef Victor in creating each canapé.
