Cocktails with Quine Bee Honey

To celebrate the incredible range of local produce available in the North East, we at The Old Workshop are going to be highlighting an excellent local urban honey called Quine Bee Honey, this incredible honey utilises bees foraging from the local flora of Ferryhill. After our friends from the company let us try it, we were hooked and decided to use in a few of our cocktails that showcase the diversity of such a product . Enjoy two cocktails that contain this product: the "Honey Bee" a fruity sweet spiced rum cocktail that has apricot and apple. The other is "Summer Solace" a more alcohol forward stirred cocktail that has an incredible clean, almost herbal, flavour that contains silver rum, ginger, green chartreuse and a citric acid solution . Hope you will all enjoy the versatility of using a local honey in drinks making.
