Flight of Fancy - explore the flavours of gin

The distillery is now offering a new tasting experience - the Flight of Fancy. Meet the makers and explore the flavours of gin. A rare treat: try our premium organic base spirit followed by the core gin botanicals - Juniper, Coriander, and Angelica. Next, taste at four (or more) Aberdeen Gins from the range before finally concluding with a G&T of your choice. Alternative mixers are available. The tasting is led by the Head Distiller who will guide you through the Flight of Fancy step by step. You'll be gifted a printed booklet to use during the flight and is yours to take home - this contains essential information about the distillery, common gin botanicals and more information about the background of each of the gins you'll be enjoying. While the Flight of Fancy is typically run for those visiting the distillery at any time (subject to availability), on Thursday 26th September we have introduced scheduled times to best cater for busy periods throughout the day. On Thursday 26th September, the Flight of Fancy is running every 2 hours at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time so that payment may be taken and we can begin the event on time.

Cost: £30 / person. The Flight Of Fancy tends to last approximately 60 minutes. It includes 8 - 10 samples and concludes with a G&T (or alternative mixer) of your choice. If you're looking to arrange a private event, for this or other experiences at the distillery, please get in touch to arrange. As long as we're free, happy to add new time slots.

Entry requirements: 18+ only. Proof of age may be requested if you're lucky enough to look 25 or under. Please remember to bring an acceptable form of ID.
