Connect to the soul of the land, creating your personal botanical infusions from locally grown plants! Learn what leaves and herbs you can use, how to collect and process them, how to blend them to create bespoke flavours.

Come along to spend a warm September morning / a cosy evening with Leaves and Snails! We will drink tea, talk, connect and create!

During the workshop we will:
• taste some ready herbal tea blends
• talk about what leaves you can use for your home infusions
• practice leaf hand rolling
• learn about stages of leaf fermentation
• talk about properties of some leaves and herbs
• blend your own personal infusions to take home.
