The Lobster Shop is uniquely situated in the small fishing village of Johnshaven just beside the harbour. Customers can enjoy their freshly prepared seafood while watching the boats creel fishing for mainly lobster & crab. For the Provenance festival this year we are offering visitors an insight to the whole process from landing the lobster & crab to how they are prepared.
