Venison cookery demonstration by Bonita from Whitehills Farm Venison, Ayrshire. We are fortunate to have Bonita booked for this event as part of the Provenance Festival.

Duration approx. 1.5 hrs

Learn how to cook with venison to make the most of this healthy lean protein. Bonita will prepare several dishes using different cooking methods/cuts of meat with her unique blend of spices.

Cost: Special Festival price of £25 per person (this would normally be £50). This event requires minimum of 5 people to go ahead and a max of 12 so spaces are limited. Booking essential - or message Tullynessle Deer Farm.
