Channelling our passion of bringing local produce to the table, nearly 90% off the ingredients used will be coming from within 15 miles of Westerton and whilst we won’t be revealing the whole menu until after the feast, here is a sneak peek at some of the fabulous producers who will feature Drumsleed Meats, The Lobster Shop, Castleton Farm, Lilybank Bakehouse, Fettercairn Whisky, Stonehaven Sea Salt, The Honest Oat and of course, our own vegetables here at Westerton Farm.
The feast will be cooked by the super talented Fire Chef Cook and hosted in the farm shop with lots of cosy atmosphere and great chat.
Corney & Barrow be providing optional paired wine menu tailored to all four courses.
There will be a bar on the evening too with Scottish gin, rum, vodka, whisky, beer and soft drinks - the bar will feature Summerhouse Drinks, The Gin Bothy, Rum Bothy, Arbikie Distillery, Fettercairn Whisky and Burnside Brewery.
